About THE ROLE
The PVH finance team is instrumental to the success of the PVH Region North business. Acting as true business partners the team are responsible for providing accurate, timely and reliable information which supports and shapes our strategic direction.

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this business partnering role will lead the Commercial Finance team responsible for combining financial and market data to create better insight in to business performance and its potential opportunities.
The Senior Manager, Commercial Finance will work closely with the Managing Director and the rest of the Region North Leadership Team to develop strategies to grow the business and to increase the profitability year on year. This is a role that plays a key part in the direction and drive of our future business. In addition, this role will play a true leadership role responsible for working with the VP Finance in developing and evolving the PVH Finance departmental vision and plans and bringing it to life through actions and behaviours each day.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and oversee the planning and execution of Budget, Reforecast and 3 Years plan by distribution channel and market with a strong focus on Gross to Net Sales, margin and OPEX efficiency.
- Drive the implementation of financial planning and budgeting processes for the markets in line with HQ directions , working closely with cross-functional teams to align financial targets with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the finance leadership team to drive financial performance and accountability across the markets, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Analyze and interpret financial data, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities to senior management, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business performance.
- Drive the development and implementation of financial and operational metrics and KPIs to measure market performance, and monitor progress against targets.
- Partner with other functions, such as Commercial, Operations and Business Controlling HQ to provide financial and business insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to business controlling, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Strategically build, lead, and develop a professional Business Controlling team to have the best performing organization and enhance performance by setting clear accountable performance objectives.
About YOU
- You’ll have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- You’ll have extensive experience in financial management and business controlling, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.
- You’ll display strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to Inspire Trust, Cultivate Belonging and develop a high-performing team.
- You’ll have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to Make Informed Decisions and translate complex financial data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- You’ll have a proven track record in driving financial performance, cost optimization, and process improvement.
- You’ll have strong business acumen and the ability to understand and align financial goals with broader business objectives.
- You’ll have excellent knowledge and experience with SAP and MS Excel
- You’ll have high standard of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
- You’ll Collaborate to Win, having a team player attitude, curious mindset, solid positive energy, stress resistance, and confidence.
- You’ll have excellent English language skills and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment.
