Our client who has recently won a best place to work award, is seeking a Regional Field Manager to cover the South Region as part of their growth and expansion plan. The Regional Field Manager will be responsible a cluster portfolio of Car Park sites across the South.
This would suite a Regional Field Manager with experience of operational support and management across multi sites, management of staff and commercial development.
The Regional Field Manager is a remote based role but with the expectation to visit sites across the South 2-3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities for the Regional Field Manager
- Leading and engaging your regional team to ensure the highest levels of performance and customer service are achieved.
- Developing and training your team by coaching and nurturing staff to succeed.
- Driving operational efficiencies to deliver results and profitability for your regional portfolio.
- Helping to deliver great customer service as part of our service proposition to our clients and customers ensuring the brand
- Carrying out regular site audits with your teams to ensure that staff and site standards are maintained in line with Company standards
- Supporting and leading on commercial development activities (in conjunction with the Business Development Manager
- Continuing to build lasting relationships with our clients and customers within your allocated region.
Key Experience for the Regional Field Manager
- A proven track record of managing a team over a large regional area is essential.
- Previous multisite, retail, commercial or car park industry services/ management experience is desirable.
- Self-sufficient and proactive in approach, able to work individually as well as part of a wider team to deliver our business goals.
- Able to travel to carry out operational and role requirements (driving licence required)
