Regional HR ER Advisor, Remote

Our client is a well-known company that have recently gone through substantial growth

The role: They have a need for a Regional HR Advisor to assist in covering 30 sites in the South of the UK. This is a remote role! This is a great role for a person with some ER experience who is looking to build on their experience. Someone who wants an autonomous role that progress very quickly. This a remote role with very occasional travel

Key responsibilities

• Providing end to end ER support for a varied caseload via phone, email and teams (occasional face to face)
• Supporting various projects
• Occasional recruitment, culture, and retention support
• HR projects
• Training site managers on various aspects of HR/ ER

Person Spec

• A proven relationship builder,
• A good communicator (phone, email, face to face, able to support remotely).
• Able to work autonomously. Able to use employee relations as a supportive tool

Skills & qualifications

• Some ER experience - able to deal with a volume ER caseload
