Our client is looking to hire an ER Advisor on a permanent basis. This roles does not offer hybrid working and will be based in the office Monday-Friday, with travel to other sites required (travel will be paid for).

You will be joining one of the leading providers within the airline catering industry, supporting a team of over 200 employees based at 3 different UK airports and a distribution centre in Slough, where this role is based.
Description
- Manage and resolve complex Employee Relations issues.
- Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and retain talent.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Profile
A successful ER Advisor should have:
- A CIPD Level 5 or strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
- Excellent understanding of HR practices, with demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary ranging between £38,000 to £45,000 per anum plus further benefits.
