An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a well-known and reputable company based at their offices in Reading. This global organisation are experts within their industry sector and they take pride in providing an innovative and entrepreneurial service.
HR Advisor - Multi-Site. Reading based with travel to Midlands required. Circa £45,000. Hybrid working on offer.
You will be part of a collaborative and supportive HR team, reporting into the Regional Senior HR Manager. As the HR Advisor you will work in partnership and provide professional advice and guidance to partners and managers on all human resource issues. This also comprises commercially focused people solutions that take into account the business strategy and growth planning, policies/procedures, employment legislation, values and best practice. You will support circa 1000 employees across various sites and will be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing their delivery and providing additional services to organisations they work with.
This is an incredibly fast paced and integral role where you will be accountable for various tasks that include but will not be limited to:
* Employee relations (discipline, grievances, performance management)
* Pragmatic application of employment legislation
* Actively promote and implement new initiatives and changes
* Interpret exit interview analysis
* Support on embedding self-service in the business for transactional HR Activities
* Involvement in HR Projects
If you have a solid background as a HR generalist with strong employee relations experience in a large matrix organisation, this will be of great interest to my client. You must be able to build and maintain productive stakeholder relationships, be adaptable to people and the working environment and be a highly motivated individual with the willingness to get involved in all tasks. CIPD qualification would be desirable.
