As a Regional Manager at Witherslack Group, you’ll provide expert support and guidance to the Children’s Homes in your area. Motivated and enthusiastic, you’ll make sure that your homes’ standards are high and are working towards or maintaining an ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rating.

Be You

Here at Witherslack Group, we pride ourselves on providing an excellent level of care, because of this we need you to have experience as a Registered Manager of a successful home with Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating. You’ll know how to develop your team and improve outcomes for young people in your care. Enthusiastic, resilient and good with people, you’ll make key decisions to inspire, develop and grow the leaders of tomorrow.

A full UK driving licence is a must for this role.
