Regional Manager of Inside Sales (EMEA)

As the Manager of Inside Sales, you will drive sales revenue of our products by effectively managing the entire sales administration process.  You will monitor sales metrics and identify opportunities to motivate your Inside Sales Team in achieving sales goals. ensuring customer satisfaction and generating revenue growth. You will collaborate with various professionals in digital marketing and outside sales and build and lead a high-performance team.

This position is part of the Central Marketing Organization of Pall Corporation reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Seales Development. The preferred location is Italy or our Harbourgate Facility in Portsmouth in the UK.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Set and track sales targets for your team.
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products and to suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
  • Ensure sales, finance, legal policies, and procedures are met.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager with five or more years working in Inside Sales in a business-to-business environment.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and Microsoft Excel
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team management skills proven ability to build, lead, and motivate a high-performance sales team. Strong analytical and organizational skills and numerical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of DBS tools or the equivalent

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
