We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Manager to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our stores within your district, ensuring they consistently deliver exceptional customer service, exceed sales goals, and operate efficiently.
What You Will Do:
Lead and motivate Store Managers to achieve agreed objectives and KPIs, fostering a culture of high morale, commitment, and teamwork.
Maximize customer loyalty and return visits by driving customer conversion, acknowledgment, and awareness, while upholding high service standards.
Ensure stores consistently meet and exceed customer expectations in terms of shopping experience and service quality.
Oversee strong commercial and promotional merchandising to engage customers and optimize incremental sales.
Manage store controllable costs in line with agreed financial budgets.
Be responsible for all aspects of payroll and stock loss to ensure stores achieve contribution targets.
Lead and oversee operational efficiency, including identifying and addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.
Support wider business initiatives by taking on additional projects as assigned.
Develop and implement short- and long-term succession plans for your district.

Experience in retail and HR is preferred.
