As an Architect you will be joining a practice in Belfast that has grown steadily over the past few years. They are still in a period of growth and seeking a Registered Architect to join the team. They work on projects internationally, and though working on projects across NI and Ireland will still have a focus on their high end client base across the UK and Europe.
Your New Role
As an Architect you will be working in a collaborative environment working with offices across Ireland and the UK. Project life-cycle is quick, so you can expect to get exposure to all stages of projects relatively quickly compared to other project typologies. You will get the chance for site experience and be encouraged to develop your skillset. You will be managing a project team and be over a client account, most projects being commercially focused. With opportunities outside NI/Ireland there will be opportunity for travel.
Job Requirements
Fully Registered Architect with the RIAI or ARB/RIBA equivalent. The candidate that will stand out will have commercial experience with 3 years post registration project experience. Strong design skills will be assessed with Revit skills to match. You should be able to have communicate well with external consultants / clients /stakeholders as this will be a role that involves heavy client liaison.

There is also opportunities based in Belfast or Monaghan offices (or split your time between the two). Hybrid working allows up to 2 days each week.
