Registered Care Manager (Rgn, Rmn, Rnld)

Seven Care Services supports young people and adults with autism, learning disability and mental health as well as complex healthcare needs.

We are a ‘good’ rated provider with CQC and operate within Coventry, Leicestershire, and Warwickshire areas,

All our care packages are 1:1 or 2:1 providing support 24 hours per day in the community as well as supported accommodation provision.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead a small team of dedicated caring professionals.

About You

You will have professional registration with NMC (RGN, RMN, RNLD, RCN) and a full enhanced DBS. Previous experience working with young people and adults experiencing autism, learning disability and mental health conditions.

Due to the vulnerable nature of our clients, sound knowledge and experience of identifying risk and adhering to appropriate safeguarding procedures, is also an essential part of this role.
