As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the overall management of the nursing home.

The ideal Home Manager will have:

• An NMC nursing pin.
• Home management experience within an elderly care setting.
• A proven track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager.
• An NVQ in social care management.
