About the Service & Company:
We are a specialist rehabilitation service for adults living with complex neurological conditions, stroke and brain and spinal injuries.
Located in a quiet residential area of Worcester, Worcestershire, this service has a sleek and modern look, 43 large bedrooms, a state of the art physiotherapy gym and a lovely landscaped garden.
Each care plan is tailored to the individual to ensure they have the best possible care.
The role:

• As the Registered Manager you will ensure both quality and financial targets are met. Facilitating the development of quality healthcare services and ensuring they respond to the changing needs of clients, and reflect market trends and evidence-based practice
• Adhere to the CQC standards and regulations
• Contribute to the strategic development of the service, ensuring adherence to the Company's objectives and business plan
• Understanding and responding to the specific needs of individuals with neurological conditions and brain injuries

About you:

• You will have at least 3 years experience as a Registered Manager within the Healthcare sector, preferably within neuro-rehab
• You will have a proven track record of CQC ratings of Good and above
• You will have operational management skills, supporting successful delivery and development, budget control, people management and revenue generations
• You will have strong leadership skills with a supportive management style
• You will have an active NMC pin (desirable)
• NVQ level 5 in Leadership and Management
