We are looking to hire an experienced care home manager, to manage our 17 bed home near Canterbury, Kent.
We are a small, family run home, specialising in Dementia care.
We excel in providing a high level of care to our residents, most of whom are living with Dementia. The service we provide to our residents is entirely independence driven and person focused, and being a small home enables us to do just this.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Care home Manager.
QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Health and Social care/Registered Managers Award, or NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
Good communication skills and business acumen.
Strong team leadership and motivational skills.
Full understanding of current CQC regulations and requirements, in order to maintain full compliance at all times.
Excellent time management skills.
