We are searching for a wonderfully ambitious, driven, kind, experienced & loving individual destined to be the Registered Manager for our very first children's home in east London.
This home will be a therapeutic setting and exclusively for girls at risk of exploitation. Our work will focus on supporting them to develop emotionally, spiritually, mentally, physically and financially.

We are looking for someone who has...
- Experience in the running of a children's residential home
- A deep knowledge of the Social Care sector
- Worked with, negotiated and built an excellent relationships with a local authority
- Worked in a trauma-informed environment
- Full and up to date registration with OFSTEAD
- An Enhanced DBS on the live update service would be helpful
- Access to your own transport to attend meetings etc.
- Ability to love & nurture young people & staff through the most challenging situations
- A strong understanding of safeguarding, legislation and the multitude of challenges faced by young people
- People management/supervisory experience
