This company have a great reputation in the area already and are ‘Good’ in all areas with CQC. You would be responsible for managing the excellent team and working with the Director to grow the service. You would also NOT be part of the on-call rota with this company.
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Manager:
- Ensure quality and consistency is maintained throughout the service
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, service users and external stakeholders
- Ensure service is Compliant with CQC regulations
- Effectively manage the team and ensure staff morale remains high
- Continue the growth of hours among private clients as well as local authority
- Previous Domiciliary Care experience
- Driver with own vehicle
- Driven and ambitious nature
- Fantastic knowledge of CQC regulations
- A team player whose goal is to leverage good service
- Level 5 qualification or working towards
- Work within a positive environment with amazing team spirit
