Are you an experienced and Level 5 qualified RMN, driven by a passion for delivering high-quality care? If so, we have an incredible opportnity with a professional, family-run charitable company located in Smallfield. As a leading provider of supported living and outreach support for individuals with Mental Health needs, our client is dedicated to fostering independence through personalized care and support.
Position: Registered Manager
Salary: GBP36,000 - GBP38,000
Hours: 40-hour working week
Location: Smallfield (Driver with own transport essential)

Join a compassionate team and play a crucial role in managing care services, ensuring a homely environment that prioritizes comfort and safety. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
? Planning, coordinating, and implementing person-centered care plans and risk assessments.
? Providing essential physical care, from personal hygiene to managing health appointments.
? Leading staff training initiatives to uphold physical health knowledge and skills.
? Building and maintaining professional relationships with staff, professionals, and agencies.
? Accurate record-keeping in accordance with our policies.
? Leading the development, maintenance, and monitoring of service standards.
Ideal Candidate:
If you are a dedicated RMN/Level 5 qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years of Registered Manager experience, this role is perfect for you. Bring your supervisory skills, up-to-date knowledge of CQC regulations, and the ability to navigate relevant legislation and national guidelines. Your expertise in models of care, along with a working knowledge of roles within primary and secondary care settings, will make you a valuable addition to our team.
