I am representing a family run provider who put care first, who have a small group of good nursing homes in the Northwest look for a new Registered Manager.

As Home Manager in the Hydburn borough you will be working for a family orientated provider who place their emphasis on quality and have a culture of dynamic and quick approaches to ensure the residents get efficient high end care as well as keep the staff positively motivated, in a style that makes you enjoy your work
The provider provides personalised care and for a number of high needs dementia and residential care. The Homes are predominantly good and with more homes coming on board there is still yet more room for progression to create a career rather than just a job.
Requirements
To apply, you will need to have:
- Home management experience, within an elderly care setting
- A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager
- An NVQ in social care management
If you are a friendly manager with excellent leadership abilities, solid values about quality care provision and experience of managing teams to deliver first-class dementia care to service users, then this could be the job for you.
