A world-renowned, innovative pharmaceutical company are searching for an experienced Regulatory Consultant to ensure regulatory compliance for their Cosmetics division across the UK and Ireland.
What will you be doing?
Ensure compliance for Cosmetics and other non-OTC product labelling with regulatory agency regulations and interpretations.
Prepare responses to regulatory agencies' questions and other correspondence.
Gather and assemble information necessary for submissions in accordance with regulations and relevant guidelines.
Support the Regulatory team with specific tasks per the needs of the department.
Develop timelines for submissions under the direction of senior Regulatory Affairs staff.
Provide solutions to extreme complex problems in which data analysis requires an evaluation of intangible variables.
Provide regulatory advice to project teams.
Organize and maintain reporting schedules for new drug application and investigational new drug applications.
What do you bring to the table?
Graduate degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related fields.
Extensive experience in Cosmetic Regulatory affairs.
Well versed with UK ASA, CAP, BCAP Guidance for Advertising, proven record of successful project management of dossiers with ClearCast
Strong working knowledge of UK & EU Cosmetic Product Regulation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
