The Role
You will be working on a variety of BCR matters such as:
- Regulatory investigations (Health & Safety Executive, Environment Agency, local authorities, coroners, the Traffic Commissioners, DVSA, CQC, DEFRA, HMRC)
- Prosecutions
- Civil Proceedings
The Team
Act for a broad range of interesting clients across multiple sectors. You will work alongside industry specialists and enjoy support from a dedicated team of paralegals and support staff allowing you to focus on the big-ticket work.
About You
- 3+ years’ PQE in Business Crime and Investigations
- Gained at a recognised team
