The Short Term Rehabilitation Team (STS&R) are looking for people who want to work in the Adult Social Healthcare Sector whilst gaining experience in a career where you can progress if desired into a variety of difference disciplines.
We are a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Rehabilitation Care Assistants, Support Staff and Managers who support people in their own homes that have recently been discharged from hospital.
Experience of working as a Support worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant, or working in Domiciliary Care would be helpful, however this is not essential as we provide full in-house training so we welcome applications from all employment backgrounds.
The most important thing is having the right attitude and a desire to make a difference to people’s lives!
