Due to continued growth, we are seeking Full Time Support Workers to join our team at Boston House

Many of our Managers and Team Leaders joined us as a Support Worker and through ongoing training and coaching provided by us they are continuing to move further up the accomplish ladder into more senior positions

Boston House provides support for 17 adults with complex needs following a brain injury.

As a Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including but not limited to;

• Prompting service users independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life
• Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
• Supporting individuals to access the local community and beyond to attend leisure and social activities.
• Participate in therapy sessions with the people we support, promoting engagement and motivating individuals towards achieving their goals.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping
• Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user)
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking

Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development
