Your new role:
- This is a busy Contact Centre role
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls
- Ensuring that all inbound emails are addressed within a timely manner
- Dealing with emails and diary management
- Dealing with and processing any incoming customer information
- Creating and updating customer files
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Excellent PC skills are required
- Proven call handler experience or similar would be essential
- You will be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
- Must be confident and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in a busy and pressurised environment would be advantageous
