Job Description:
Apple is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in Customer Support and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This position is part-time, and the employee will have the option to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Provide extensive Customer Support, including answering inquiries and resolving customer complaints over the phone, email, or chat- Assist customers with software and hardware issues for Apple products- Educate customers on the features and functionalities of Apple products- Achieve customer satisfaction goals and metrics- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner- Provide detailed documentation of customer interactions and issue resolution
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support- Great communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer-service targets- Good technical knowledge of Apple products and services- Excellent problem-solving skills- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
