SalaryWe are delighted to be working with a Housing Association based in the West Midlands, who are recruiting for a Service Charge Team Leader to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time position offers a great hybrid working model with a salary band £37,000-£42,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Working with budget holders to calculate variable Service Charge in line with statutory deductions
- Managing the team and the services they provide, ensuring continuous development of the service
- Managing the Electronic Service Charge System
- Dealing with queries from customers and liaising with other internal teams
- Importing cost information to reduce incorrect coding of invoices
- Managing requests for any system data changes, implementing and recording
