Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Administrator for a housing association in West Yorkshire. The majority of the role will surround data cleansing due to a current backlog of work.

Home working is available, with travel to their Leeds office for training in the first week.

Responsibilities of the Repairs Administrator includes:

• Working within the repairs team speaking with tenants regarding outstanding and new repairs
• Completing data cleansing, ensuring works orders have been closed down correctly
• Ensuring damp and mould cases are prioritised
• Logging, tracking and ensuring all cases are completed within timescales
• Escalating high risk no access cases
• Updating customers on the progress of repairs
• Checking previous days scheduled jobs have been completed
