Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Administrator for a housing association in West Yorkshire. The majority of the role will surround data cleansing due to a current backlog of work.
Home working is available, with travel to their Leeds office for training in the first week.
Responsibilities of the Repairs Administrator includes:
- Working within the repairs team speaking with tenants regarding outstanding and new repairs
- Completing data cleansing, ensuring works orders have been closed down correctly
- Ensuring damp and mould cases are prioritised
- Logging, tracking and ensuring all cases are completed within timescales
- Escalating high risk no access cases
- Updating customers on the progress of repairs
- Checking previous days scheduled jobs have been completed
