Form of workWe are looking for a Repairs Customer Service Manager on an interim basis to work with a Local Authority in North London. This is a 6 month placement and offers hybrid working.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead a customer support team consisting of 20 members of staff
- Ensure your team are meeting performance targets
- Budget management
- Ensure appropriate training is provided to all staff
- Ensure operational outcomes are in place
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience of managing a large team
- Relevant qualification in management
- Experience of working within housing repairs for a Local Authority or a Housing Association
As mentioned, this role is based in North London, so may also be of interest to candidates based in some areas of Hertfordshire.
