You will spearhead groundbreaking research that directly influences local and national policy and practice. By leading discussions, publishing findings, and influencing stakeholders across various levels of government, your work will be both visible and Impactful. You will develop strategies that enhance public governance and scrutiny, driving forward the agenda for better governance practices.
The successful candidate will lead and develop our participatory action research, and design and deliver our qualitative and quantitative research consultancy work, You will be crucial in building an evaluation framework to evidence the impact of our projects against our Theory of Change and play a key role in advancing our research agenda, leveraging our rich data to drive societal good.
