Through its key strategic partnerships, the College aims to make Brunel University London a key part of health research in the UK. The post holder will work on a project examining the feasibility and acceptability of a new piece of wearable technology for the management of agitation and distress in people with dementia. There will also be ad-hoc duties relating to other smaller projects. The post-holder will be responsible for delivery of the project as per agreed milestones. Carrying out psychological questionnaire measures with staff in care homes, running focus groups, data entry, recording keeping and obtaining informed consent. In addition, the post holder will be asked to contribute to carrying out similar duties on other projects that Dr Creese is responsible for.
