Duties and responsibilities related to the Residences Manager role
- Reporting to the Director of Rooms, the Residences Manager will ensure the smooth functioning of all aspects of the residences, including maintenance, resident services and leadership of the residences team
- Serve as a key point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their stay
- Coordinate special requests and arrangements for guests to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping and engineering, to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Oversee the hiring of new colleagues, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to join the department
- Support with administrative duties such as preparing the rota and submitting payroll information
About you
Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury segment is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills are required.
