About the role:
We are looking for an energetic, approachable individual with a passion for Customer Service, customer engagement and a strong team ethos, who will be the front face of our service to our Residents!
The role will be a varied one, including servicing our receptions, conduction room inspections, being involved in student events and assisting with our summer residential conferencing.
- Providing exceptional and engaging Customer Service
- Being a point of contact for students with queries
- Managing Resident's post
- Managing building access
- Logging maintenance jobs and liaising with residents & contractors
- Contribute to the development of the service
The working hours for this role are:
Monday – Friday
Shift patterns: 08:00 - 15:30, 10:30 - 18:00 and 14:30 - 22:00.
There is also a requirement to work 1 or 2 Saturdays per month for which you will receive a day off in lieu.
This role attracts a Shift Allowance of £2,633.64 in addition to the basic salary.
