Due to ongoing success, they now have a requirement for a Residential Sales Co-ordinator to join their team.

Your new role
As Residential Sales Co-ordinator, the successful applicant will be a vital member of the team and will be involved in a wide range of activities within the resale and lettings departments. This role is an ideal opportunity for anyone with a passion for property and customer service.

You will be supporting and assisting the resale and rental team with property enquiries, booking and attending viewings, negotiating offers, contract management and general administration.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role as Residential Sales Co-ordinator, you will ideally meet the following criteria;

Estate agency experience desirable but not essential, excellent organisational and communication skills, ability to work in a very busy environment, attention to detail, excellent spoken and written grammar, competent computer skills including Microsoft office, must be a team player, good work ethic and ability to meet deadlines, reliability and ability to schedule and prioritise and a full UK driving license and own transport required.

What you'll get in return
If you are successful, you can expect to avail of a generous salary £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience including bonus structure, private health insurance regular staff social events and treats holidays 20 days (increasing to 25 after 5 years’ service) plus statutory days (currently 11) and a mobile phone included in your package.
