We have a new and exciting opportunity available for a Resourcing Advisor to join our People and Organisational Development team in Northallerton.
The role
As our Resourcing Advisor, you will focus on driving forward candidate attraction, recruitment, onboarding, induction, and talent pool activity whilst ensuring a supportive and collaborative approach to recruitment is adhered to, in line with Organisational requirements as well as HR best practice.
Working closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners across the organisation, you will identify hiring needs, providing advice and support throughout the hiring process and ensure that all successful candidates fit with Broadacres values.
About you
With solid experience of working in a similar recruitment and resourcing role, our ideal candidate will have:
- The ability to produce accurate written work, which is user friendly and tailored to the audience.
- The ability to work on your own initiative using existing guidance, policies and procedures with minimal support on recruitment related matters
- A creative mindset and the ability to bring new ideas for consideration to improve working practices and recruitment
- The ability to build effective working relationships
- Extensive experience of Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.
- Experience of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- A commitment to and understanding of Equality and Diversity.
- Experience of using HR databases
- A professional qualification in a related discipline, or willingness to work towards a professional qualification in a job-related subject
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
