Resourcing Officer

This role requires a customer-focused approach, with an emphasis on building and maintaining strong relationships. As a Resourcing Officer, you will work closely with Line Managers to ensure they adhere to the agreed framework and timelines for the resourcing process.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is beneficial for this role. While experience with these tools is desirable, we will provide training for our ESR Payroll system and Resourcing Platform, Trac.

Our acute services are provided from Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital and Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester.
