We are looking for a passionate individual who enjoys leading a team through day-to-day activities of fast-paced recruitment.
You need to be confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, listening to feedback, constructively challenging, and implementing continuous improvement across the recruitment process and associated products.
A key part of the role is leading and coaching a team to build capability as well as ensuring continuous improvement.
For jobs located in Wales, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the recruitment team to progress campaigns through all stages of the recruitment journey within agreed timeframes;
- Providing clear and effective leadership to ensure team members understand their roles, are fully engaged and kept informed;
- Building strong and effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including business representatives and recruitment partners;
- Working with colleagues and others to continuously review and improve processes, making best use of technology;
- Using data effectively to update stakeholders, assist with decision making and identify trends and issues for escalation
