We are looking to recruit Conveyancing Team Managerto join our team in Manchester. This would suit individuals who are looking for their first management opportunity or experience managing a larger team.Key responsibilities of a Conveyancing Team Manager
- Motivate, lead, coach and support the team to be effective and efficient on a daily basis.
- Manage the capacity levels of work within your team structure.
- Ensure effective communication and implementation of company policies, procedure, plans and principles.
- Undertake regular 121's with the team to allow effective performance management and individual's personal development plans.
- Carry out file reviews prior to exchange of contract to ensure legal and company policies have been adhered to.
- Undertake and build successful engagement with internal and external stakeholders and mentoring of Associates and Property Lawyers.
- Council of Licensed Conveyancers, Solicitor or CILEX(essential)
- Previous relevant experience of a minimum of 5 years is essential.
- Strong organisation, planning, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communicator, who can demonstrate good time management, alongside organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to be adaptable to get the best from every colleague.
