Restaurant Manager

.Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Plan catering services and events by discussing the customer's requirements
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for the team
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Purchasing supplies and stock.
- Ensuring supplies and stock are properly used and accounted for and reduce wastage
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Ability to speak English and Urdu/Punjabi (preferable)
- Have knowledge of Pakistani cuisines
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
