Restaurant Manager

Our client, a fantastic daytime restaurant based near Byfleet, Surrey, are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team.
They are looking for a Restaurant Manager to coordinate daily restaurant management operations, deliver excellent food and beverage service, maximise customer satisfaction and respond efficiently and accurately to any customer complaints.

The Restaurant Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Essential Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years proven work experience at senior level (Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Hospitality Manager, etc)
-Exceptional customer service, understanding and ability.
-Organisational abilities and executing instructions
-Problem solving and Can-Do attitude.
-Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company success.
-Excellent short term and long-term time management.
-Extensive F&B knowledge and ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and FOH staff.
-Strong leadership, motivational and communication skills.
