• £40,000 to £45,000 salary
• £8,000 service charge

What's involved?
As Restaurant Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the Restaurant, supported by an amazing team of Assistant Managers and Supervisors.
You will manage, train & develop your team to ensure you deliver the very best service at all times. You'll have sound financial acumen, and will ensure that profit margins and wage costs are maintained.
Experience within a Rosette or Michelin environment is preferable.
