Lilienblum is our Israeli / modern Mediterranean family style sharing restaurant, which opened in May 2023 in Shoreditch, and we are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the team. The restaurant is open Tuesday - Friday for lunch and dinner and then Saturday dinner only. The restaurant is then available for private hire on Sundays and Mondays.

Your key responsibilities as a Restaurant Manager will be to manage the front of house team during service whilst overseeing all guests and VIP's, making sure every one enjoys a unique, fun and personalised service.

The Role

• You will be a confident, polite and energetic Restaurant Manager with at least 1 year’s management experience in high-volume, high-quality restaurants
• You will be responsible for managing and leading your team on a day-to-day basis, whilst also ensuring the highest quality of customer service and food and drink service throughout the restaurant
• You will have fantastic communications skills and the ability to adapt to different situations, opportunities and challenges
• You will train and support the team; provide service briefings and liaise between the kitchen and the floor
• You will make sure the restaurant is open and closed professionally and safely
• Confident in delivering exceptional customer service whilst leading a team
• Commitment to work with a great time both front and back of house
• Professional understanding and knowledge of all Health & Safety rules and food hygiene standards
• You will have a passion and interest in the hospitality industry
• You will be reporting to the General Manager
