Responsibilities:
• Working alongside the Restaurant Manager to run the shifts and events
• Meeting and greeting customers, organising reservations
• To lead, manage and inspire your staff to deliver outstanding customer service
• Responsible for rotas/staffing levels
• Training and development of all staff using the company procedures
• Responding to customer queries and complaints
• Ensure each customer receives impeccable service
• Taking customers food orders
• Delegating tasks and checking their execution
• Undertake monthly stock takes and overseeing and ordering of stock
Qualifications:
• Held a similar position within a Michelin or Rosette establishment
• To be confident, self motivated and present a professional persona in all circumstances.
• Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong administration skills including diary management
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and wine
• Good teamworking skills and the ability to work with the wider team to ensure tasks are completed within a specified timeframe
