Your new role

• Undertake predominantly non-contentious work related to restructuring and insolvency.
• Collaborate with our corporate, finance, and real estate teams across the country.
• Provide advice to all stakeholders in distressed situations, including lenders, investors, corporates, directors, and individuals.
• Represent insolvency practitioners.

What you\'ll need to succeed

• Transactional Experience: Proven ability to handle transactional work as the day-to-day fee earner.
• Technical Strength: Solid understanding of restructuring and insolvency law.
• Business Development: Willingness to participate in marketing activities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent drafting, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Client-Centric Approach: Understand clients' environments and deliver practical advice.
• Time Management: Juggle multiple matters effectively.
• Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues in line with our firm's values.
