Due to significant growth and continued future expansion, Autoglym are now recruiting for a Retail Data Analyst to join our growing team. This brand-new role is a full time, permanent position, offering Hybrid Working, based on approximately one day a week in the office and the remainder from home. This role has great progression opportunities across the organisation.

So as a Retail Data Analyst, what will you be doing? Supporting the National Account Retail Managers and wider stakeholders, the Retail Data Analyst will be responsible for building insights & reporting into trading analytics from both global retail customers and digital platforms.

Building and managing strong internal relationships will be key as you will work cross functionally across several Autoglym departments to help ensure effective customer trading plans are executed.

With support, you will set up the measurement, analysis and reporting of multiple sources of data, interpreting trends, sku performance and pricing to create internal reports & dashboards.

You will help build data insights to define future strategies across the Autoglym business including sales, marketing, and innovation.

So who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is keen to kick start their career with a successful leading premium brand. Proficient in Excel, Word & Powerpoint, you will have an ability to interpret and understand large amounts of data. A good communicator, with a strong analytical ability to communicate data. Attention to detail will be key and although not essential, experience of building dashboard reporting would also be highly advantageous.
