Travel Money Advisor / Retail Sales Consultant
Job Type: Permanent/ Part-Time
Hours per week: 18
Salary per annum: £10.25ph + 0.45pph location allowance
Working Patterns: Full flexibility required across a variety of shifts Monday to Sunday.

So, what does the role involve?
- Becoming a travel money ambassador, providing support and advice on great products and services
- Building relationships and getting to know your customer whilst providing great customer service
- Processing all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
- Administrative responsibilities in line with procedures
- Delivering on key performance goals both procedural, operational and customer focused
- Processing daily online request and deliveries
- Working confidently on your own as well as part of a team
- Implementing best practice around legal and regulatory standards and adhering to compliance procedures
- Being able to adapt to working under pressure due to seasonal periods
