A growing B2C brand, within the world of pet foods, are looking for a Retention manager to join their retention and marketing team.
What is the role?
Focusing on customer retention, VIA subscription and e-commerce platforms, your key responsibilities include:
- Managing and understanding first-hand customer data
- Leading the voice of the customer for the brand
- Develop a small and growing team
- Write and interpret surveys
- Liaising with customer services
- Understand and calculate the impact of promotions on retention and the brands contribution
- Own the full subscriber journey
Who is their ideal candidate?
Their ideal candidate will already have customer retention experience, ideally within a subscription based company. You will ideally have management experience, and keen to grow an exciting brand and team. You will have excellent communication skills - and will be able to offer advice and improvements to ongoing experience.
