What you will be doing:
- Prospect and appoint customers via KIA UK Renew portal
- Prospect GWR Kia customers due for Service Appointments
- Prospect GWR Kia customers from historic Car Sales
- Actively book appointments, action all booking requests, ensuring the booking process operates efficiently
- Update and maintain the group’s CRM accurately
- Transform customer conversations into business-driving relationships while still managing to serve the customers’ goals
- Pass leads to Sales Management Team
What we need from you:
- Excellent communication skills on the telephone and via email
- Good administration skills, including MS Office packages
- Ability to stay calm, focused and professional at all times
- Industry knowledge would be an advantage but not necessary
