This is a newly created opportunity within the Growth and Retention Marketing team.
Join us to drive engagement efforts aimed at our existing customer base, including both subscribers and non-subscribers. You'll be instrumental in devising strategic plans and executing tactics to enhance Gousto's growth trajectory and trading performance.
You will report directly to the Senior Growth Manager, sitting as a part of the wider Growth and Retention team, this is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful growth within Gousto!
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute a plan to engage and retain our existing non-subscriber and lower-frequency Subscriber base.
Support the Senior Growth Manager in improving our Gamification capabilities.
Support the delivery of multi-channel experimentation and expansion into new channels via CRM and Performance Marketing.
Create business proposals and manage key trading levers in our Refer a Friend program.
Collaborate with Creative & Product teams to create and implement engaging end-to-end marketing campaigns.
Analyse campaign performance and recommend actionable insights for long-lasting impacts on our customers.
WHO YOU ARE
Proficient in incentivization and gamification, with practical experience in executing strategies through CRM and Product.
Possess strong analytical capabilities; adept at utilising data to inform strategy, analyse campaign outcomes, and continuously enhance future activity.
Capable of dissecting marketing campaign briefs and interpreting campaign needs effectively.
Demonstrated proficiency in project management, capable of coordinating various stakeholder groups such as Product, Creative, Analytics, and Finance.
Good understanding of customer targeting and segmentation techniques.
Great attention to detail and logical thinking skills, focused on identifying efficiencies.
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, yet comfortable with autonomy and taking ownership of tasks.
