We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing paid performance-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue. You will have a strong background in digital marketing, data analysis, and a deep understanding of the Fintech industry.

Your responsibilities will include:
● Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
● Drive customer acquisition and growth by optimizing campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), customer lifetime value (CLTV), and conversion rates.
● Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization, and make data-driven recommendations to improve marketing performance.
● Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources for maximum impact. Conduct cost-benefit analysis for performance marketing initiatives.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and analytics, to develop and launch high-impact marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
● Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
● Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and maximize ROI.
● Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
