Drive insights and engagements with eCommerce Customer and accounts team to identify opportunities for category & customer growth along digital channels keeping consumer & shopper at the heart of every conversation!
You will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships to make Mdlz one of their valued supplier partnerships through strategic and category thought leadership, influencing their category thinking!
How you will contribute
You will:
- Lead, develop and execute programs with our e-commerce customers, to support all categories with innovation, distribution, merchandising, and promotional plans
- Drive strong partnership between Customer business teams, Mdlz Marketing team (Innovation, Equity, Activation) and best in class external agency partners to identify & drive category opportunities.
- Be e-commerce category expert internally and create compelling, actionable & measurable category plans driving business growth.
- Provide thought leadership internally & externally around brand & category initiatives (promotional strategy / budget planning)
- Build/refine the business dashboard KPI’s, Digital Scorecard and insights to drive business growth.
- Lead Ongoing risk/Opportunity assessment and development of initiatives to optimize category performance.
What you will bring

- Passion for eCommerce & Entrepreneurial mindset
- E-commerce or Category development experience is preferable.
- Robust analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights.
- Ability to story tell and build relationships with our customer.
- Category development, key accounts and market insight analysis and delivering growth through category leadership.
- Growth & future focused mindset, demonstrating curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers and translating opportunities into business plans
- Strong strategic thinking
- Good matrix management to navigate business forums coupled with courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view.
- Analytical skills and business acumen
- Experience in CPG
