Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Growth Manager to join our fast-growing team. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, and engagement through data-driven growth strategies. You will possess a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of growth hacking techniques, and a passion for the fintech industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

•    Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, activation, and engagement, with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, retention, and revenue growth.
•    Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and formulate data-driven hypotheses for experimentation.
•    Plan, implement, and optimize growth experiments across various channels and touchpoints, including but not limited to digital advertising, email marketing, referral programs, SEO-driven content marketing, website and product launches and optimization.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, design, and engineering, to drive the implementation and execution of growth initiatives.
•    Monitor and measure the performance of growth initiatives using analytics tools and dashboards, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders and senior management.
•    Continuously test and iterate on growth strategies, leveraging A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
•    Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing, and share insights with the team to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
•    Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support growth initiatives and maximize results.
•    Collaborate with the data analytics team to ensure accurate tracking, measurement, and reporting of growth metrics.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

•    Proven track record of success in a growth role, preferably in the fintech industry.
•    Data obsessed and strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
•    Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
•    Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
•    Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
•    Creative and innovative thinker
•    Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding growth targets.
•    Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
•    Self-motivated and proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving growth.
•    Knowledge of the fintech industry and understanding of financial products and services is a plus.
